Please make sure you are using the same email address you used to register your ZIIP account. If unsure which email was used we can have a look and confirm this. Do try all email options just in case.

You can find your email that's associated with your ZIIP app by clicking the icon in the upper right corner on the right side of the main page. Right under your name, you'll find your email information there.

Please follow the steps below to reset your password to your ZIIP App account.

Open the ZIIP App

Enter your ZIIP App email address

Click on the link "FORGOT PASSWORD?" and check your SPAM/JUNK folder for the email if it is not in your Inbox

Click on the link "Complete ZIIP Password Reset" and follow the instructions to reset your password

Once you have done this check your inbox and spam folder just in case.
