If the system is not turning on:
a. Is the device fully charged? (power indicator light is on and solid)
b. Is the power indicator light illuminated?
If the system is not charging:
a. Is USB power cord firmly inserted into the device? (does the power indicator light turn on?)
b. Try a different wall outlet to determine if there is power to the outlet.
If the system shuts off abruptly, prior to completion of 10 minutes treatment:
a. System is designed to shut off automatically after 10 minutes.
b. System may shut off after multiple repeated uses if the device exceeds the desired temperature. Allow the device to cool for several minutes and try again.
